The Human Resource Graduate Program is a two-year commitment designed to grow recent college graduates into strategic Human Resources professionals.

The program allows you to work on high-impact projects across all Human Resources functions including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, HR Operations, and business partnering for solutions that help guide our business needs.

What you'll do on a typical day:


* Partner with the site Human Resources and Operations teams to provide direction and guidance regarding policies, procedures and state and federal regulatory compliance requirements.


* Participate in two rotational assignments, lasting approximately 12 months each,


* Keep management and Operations apprised of internal and external HR developments that may impact overall effectiveness


* Assist human resource team and exiting employees with offboarding activities, to include scheduling and conducting exit interviews, managing equipment return and sending out state required separation documents.


* Maintain employee records, ensuring documents and manuals are current, accurate, confidential and in compliance with company policies and government regulations


* Assist with performance management as needed, including delivering disciplinary actions for hourly employees and processing voluntary and involuntary separations in partnership with HR Managers and Legal


* Implement and utilize HR metrics to measure performance


* Observe and recommend simpler more efficient ways to streamline human resources related processes that impact business partners and internal human resources team.


* Engage with various levels of operations leadership and HR stakeholders to strategically assist in continuous improvement by identifying problems and creating Lean solutions.
