SUMMARY

The VP, Accounting Special Projects is a critical role within the accounting department at U.S.

Renal Care, Inc.

This position will report directly to the Chief Accounting Officer (CAO).

This position requires outstanding analytical and communication skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

Other duties and tasks may be assigned.


* Manage a team of 1-3 direct reports that could include Managers, Seniors, and Staff Accountants.


* Assist in implementing and maintaining a strong internal control environment.


* Oversee, manage, and monitor all accounting for labor.


* Help manage and oversee the upgrade of the current ERP.


* Assist the CAO and CFO with ad-hoc projects, as needed.


* Prepare certain financial reports and presentations for Board and executive level reporting.


* Assist the financial reporting team with audit preparation, as needed.


* Assist in the annual budgeting process.
