Senior Associate - Product Delivery

As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in CTC's Core Services organization, you are responsible to optimize and integrate product processes, tools and people.

You will work to bring together key elements of a product line and its Products to ensure coordinated outcomes.

Working with the Product Delivery Director and the Product team, you will be trusted with enabling the delivery of products in a stable and scalable way.

Work with cross-function teams, build key relationships, and enable the product to continuously deliver value.

Job responsibilities


* Creates synergies across products to ensure successful delivery against business objectives


* Collects key inputs from across products to ensure the full product-line framework highlights our core cross-product priorities, sequencing, and trade-offs


* Calculates metrics for portfolio management operations and analyzes data for areas of opportunity


* Develops change initiative materials and change timelines


* Assists in the product-level collection strategy consisting of controls, financials, and resourcing needs


* Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements


* Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources


* Works across products to help ensure delivery against business objectives while coordinating reporting and communications plans for portfolio management operations and change initiatives


* Enables operational efficiency by supporting training, maturation, needs assessments, and continuous improvement practices


* Drives adaptation and modification of our product-line framework to ensure cross-product priorities, sequencing, and trade-offs are realized


* Works with Product Owners, Delivery Director, agility leads, and engineering to support the alignment of Epics and stories to help track product deliverables and success

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills


* 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area


* Demonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain area.


* Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities.


* Experience in product deployment processes


* Ability to make decisions based on analysis, experience, data and judgment.
