As a Product Delivery Associate in the L&AS Product development team, you will work closely with other Product Developers and Product Managers in executing complex transformation programs, supporting scalable product delivery, streamlining processes, upholding regulatory/legal compliance, and resolving delivery impediments.

Job responsibilities



* Develops a rich understanding of the JPM Payments Liquidity & Account Solutions product suite and infrastructure, including drivers of revenue, capabilities vs.

industry/customer needs and current business priorities


* Collaborates with Product Management to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies


* Leads workstreams within complex programs managing functional and line of business stakeholders across regions to successfully drive delivery of key program milestones


* Partners across product, operations, functional groups to identify efficiencies and streamline operating models


* Supports change readiness activities to ensure business and functional teams are ready ahead of project/product go live


* Chairs Working group meetings and creates well structured, impactful written content to influence management and stakeholders towards certain outcomes


* Fosters strategic dialogue with seniors across product and client coverage teams on emerging client needs and product opportunities, and then partners with them to prioritise these, articulate and assess commercial and operational viability


* Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements


* Raises blockers and other impediments to Product Management to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources


* Supports and drives the Client Migrations program to achieve successful migration of client volumes from legacy to new strategic technology infrastructure and platforms

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills



* 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area


* Demonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain area


* Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities


* Experience in product deployment processes
