InSite Supervisor

HPC-Industrial, powered by CleanHarbors, in Martinez CA, is looking for an Industrial Services Onsite Supervisor / Mechanic to join their safety conscious team! This Supervisor will be responsible for two or more crews by planning, leading, organizing, and coordinating the daily operations of the service line crew.

This includes responsibility for the proper operation of equipment, driving operational efficiencies at the work site and ensuring accurate documentation related to the job is completed in a timely fashion.

Ensures compliance with all Company policies/procedures and maintains/improves good customer relations by providing quality, timely industrial cleaning services.

Daily tasks will be repairing and servicing Welden pumps, trash pumps as well as other mechanical components of the business.

The Supervisor serves as representative of HPC-Industrial in creating a continuous working relationship with clients/customers.
