Maintenance Supervisor

Schneider Electric has an outstanding opportunity for a passionate individual to assume the role of Maintenance Supervisor.

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you'll oversee industrial equipment performance, Total Preventative Maintenance, people management, and predictive maintenance of plant machinery for the Lexington, KY facility.

This position covers 1st shift (Monday through Thursday from 5:00 am to 3:30 pm EST).

This facility is identified as Union

What will you do?


* Manages the maintenance department to guarantee the performance of industrial equipment


* Manages the Total Preventative Maintenance (TPM) to increase the reliability and availability of workstations and production lines


* Responsible for people management including: goal setting, performance management, competency development, recognition, engagement, and well being.


* Responsible for developing and controlling the predictive maintenance of plant machinery, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation equipment.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?


* Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or any other related field is required.


* Have knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems.


* Have an understanding of mechanical and electrical maintenance principles.


* Proficiency in professional and engineering PC applications.


* English language proficiency (reading, writing, oral) is required.
