The Senior Desktop Architecture Analyst or Desktop Architecture Specialist will be primarily responsible for 3rd tier technical workstation troubleshooting supporting our Desktop Support, Support Center, and Cyber Security groups.

Other responsibilities include application certification, technology research, patch management, and project implementation.

Key technical areas and tools: Configuration Manager, Intune, Autopilot, Application Packaging, Endpoint Automation, Workstation patching/3rd party patching, VMWare, ControlUp, Device driver updating, Ivanti.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


* This position will be the primary contact for issue escalation for Desktop Support, Support center and Cyber Security.


* Collaborate with employees, application owners, software developers, and venders to address any escalated user issues.


* Experience and use transparency to build trust with team members to achieve technology objectives around Windows 11.


* Application installation automation, documentation, testing, and reporting for applications.


* Automate and deploy settings, software, and updates to multiple workstations across a distributed network.


* Directly troubleshoot issues and work on challenging IT related projects in a professional ethical organization.


* Manage the workflow process through completion of software installation automation.


* This position is 100% onsite at our facility in NW Houston.
