* Three years in plant maintenance

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS


* Seminars and training in supervision, communications, and ongoing improvement programs (IPM, Synchronous Manufacturing


* Knowledge of high vacuum systems and induction furnaces.


* Must be able to coach and counsel team members.


* Provide technical expertise and training in all maintenance related skills.


* 5 years' experience in a previous leadership role.


* Must demonstrate strong leadership skills.
