This Associate Director position is part of the Growth Office and reports into Head of APAC CBI and Strategy, based in Singapore.

Role reports to: Head of APAC CBI and Strategy

Location: Singapore

Travel: 15 to 20%

What You Will Do

This role will serve as the Consumer & Business Intelligence (CBI) lead for the Metro-Asia Market, which covers Southeast and North Asia.

Through deep consumer understanding, external market knowledge, and implementation of key Kenvue Brand Growth principles, you will be part of a high-performance team which will:


* Support the design of business growth strategy for Metro Asia


* Identify opportunities for sustainable business growth


* Develop world-class launch toolkits to increase physical and mental availability


* Manage external syndicated data and research partner relations


* Lead direct report and multi-function squad


* Measure and report business performance

Key Responsibilities


* Formulate business growth strategies and initiatives for Self Care, Essential Health, Skin Health & Beauty - ensuring that strategies are consumer and retailer ready and influences retailers to support strategies.


* Serves as a trusted business partner to the cross-functional team with a 360 business view who leverages a strong understanding of the enterprise as well as current and future business needs and financials to identify and address obstacles and positively impact decision making


* Leads the design advanced business analyses to solve key business questions and customer/consumer needs:
+ Strategy: market (e.g.

category forecast) and competitor research (e.g.

financial statement analysis, modelling)
+ Mental availability: media analytics (e.g.

MMM)
+ Physical availability: commercial analytics (e.g.

Price and Promo)


* Executes global/region analysis independently or in collaboration with global/region team to deliver insights and action recommendations


* Lead and nurture CBI team members and lead multi-function (e.g.

marketing/media, sales, IBP) squad on a c...
