We're seeking a Principal Product Manager who will drive the development and growth of our solutions focused on employee experienced programs.

In this role, you will be responsible for defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our Listen product portfolio, our use of third-party surveying platforms, and also internal systems creating and publishing normative data and insights.

You will work closely with customers, stakeholders, developers, designers, and other product managers to deliver products that meet the needs of our diverse and demanding markets.

You will also be involved in researching market trends, customer needs, validating product ideas, prioritizing features, writing user stories, testing prototypes, launching products, and measuring outcomes.

You will be the voice of the customer and the champion of the product within the organization.
