You will have the opportunity to: 

Be paired with the facility manger, which will provide guidance & mentorship throughout the semester.  During the semester, students’ duties will include:


* Production: an in-depth overview of spiral tube & core production; working directly with production crews & equipment


* Quality Control: understanding the fundamentals of testing equipment & the quality variables and attributes of finished products


* Maintenance: facility maintenance requirements; preventative maintenance & daily upkeep of equipment


* Administrative: purchasing, HR, shipping/receiving, production scheduling, manager & supervisor requirements & performance management technique


* Familiarize yourself with departmental functions 



* Contribute meaningfully to performance goals and assigned projects 



* Perform other duties as assigned

* Abilities/Skills: Strong written, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal skills required; students must display a high level of professionalism & leadership tact.
