Overview: Lincoln Meadows Care Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance/Environmental Services Director to oversee the housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance departments within our skilled nursing facility.

Key Responsibilities:


* Manage and supervise the housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance teams


* Ensure that all areas of the facility meet high cleanliness and safety standards


* Oversee routine and emergency maintenance tasks, ensuring prompt repairs


* Develop and implement maintenance schedules for equipment and facility upkeep


* Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations


* Maintain inventory and budget for maintenance and environmental services


* Train and support team members, fostering a positive and efficient work environment


* Collaborate with the administration and nursing staff to address facility needs

Qualifications:


* Proven experience in maintenance, environmental services, or a related field, preferably in a healthcare or skilled nursing setting


* Leadership experience managing teams


* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills


* Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety procedures


* Ability to respond to emergencies and perform hands-on maintenance as needed


* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
