Position: Physical Therapist
Location: Carmichael, California

Position Overview:
As a Physical Therapist at Whitney Oaks Care Center, you will play a vital role in enhancing the mobility, function, and independence of our residents.

You will work closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop personalized treatment plans and provide compassionate care to individuals with varying rehabilitation needs.

Key Responsibilities:


* Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' physical abilities and limitations.


* Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' goals, medical history, and functional abilities.


* Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and coordination.


* Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.


* Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to coordinate care and ensure holistic rehabilitation.


* Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises, adaptive equipment, and home exercise programs to facilitate continued progress and independence.

Qualifications:


* Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.


* Valid license to practice Physical Therapy in the state of California.


* Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting.


* Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practice in physical therapy.


* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


* Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
