YOUR TASKS

Working Location: Ngau Tau Kok

Reporting to Telemarketing Manager, you will be responsible for handling customers account cases, re-qualifying potential leads as well as executing projects that to drive lead acquisition and team performance.

Responsibilities:


* Achieve business targets and KPIs, relevant to provide account services to customers, sales lead generation and revenue


* Handle inbound calls from hotlines’ referral and make outbound calls to potential customers


* Assist in customer account setup and provide product introduction


* Make outbound calls to new customers acquisition & business and product promotion  


* Acquire customer information, business profile and potential through call enquiry [DEL: :DEL]


* Provide quotes and issue contract for customers whenever necessary


* Record all customers’ information and business activities in CRM system


* Lead, handle & support business promotion, program and project as assigned


* Drive improvement in lead acquisition and team performance

 

YOUR PROFILE 



* Diploma holder or above with minimum 1 year experience in sales or customer service.

Bachelor degree holder with less experience will also be considered


* Good interpersonal, communication and telephone handling skills


* Analytical skill is a plus to drive performance & result


* Sales and results-oriented, pro-active, self-motivated and possess a positive work attitude


* Able to work in a dynamic environment


* Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)


* Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
