As the Senior R&E Manager you will lead KCNA Innovation Capabilities Experimental Product, Technology, and Process Development at the X-Mill site, you will provide cultural leadership to drive safety, innovation, adaptation, and experimentation with a growth mindset within X-Mill, across KCNA Innovation Capabilities, and KCNA Family Care.

You will be responsible for delivering an exciting and strategically sound Innovation Capability Plan to develop and scale processes and products for North American tissue, towel, and wipes product and technology expansion, including capital, resources, and timing connected to priority strategic technology bets.

Additionally, you will enable the development of new-to-the-world technology by creating best-in-class and flexible pilot assets to support new capabilities.

In this role, you will:


* Provide cultural leadership to drive safety, innovation, adaptation, and experimentation with a growth mindset within X-Mill, across Kimberly-Clark North America Innovation Capabilities Group, and Family Care Product, Process, and Technology Development.


* Deliver an exciting and strategically sound Innovation Capability Plan to develop and scale processes and products for Kimberly-Clark North American Tissue, Towel, and Wipes business, including driving Capital and Resources investments with timing that will deliver priority strategic technology bets.


* Partner with Technology Development, Product Development, and Global Research groups to deliver experimental development plans, including Front End Innovation teams, to ensure capabilities exist within the site to proactively support and advance new product development in support of product migration pathways.


* Act as a keystone liaison partner across Global Kimberly-Clark to provide partnership access to broad product, process development, and engineering knowledge and best practices in strategy, footprint planning, 3rd party partnerships, and site management.


* Create an environment of talent development for technology, operations, and process and attract talent for all levels of our North American R&E, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain skill sets through developing creative career development strategies.


* Develop and control authorized departmental budgets and proactively align Senior Leadership to exceptions.
