Kindercare is searching for a Supervisor, Community Partnerships to join our Education team! I the role, you'll manage a team in providing direct support to families and children as well as connecting families to local partnerships and programs in support of their health, wellbeing, and educational development.

This position involves an outstanding blend of consulting, external program partnership development, maintenance, and assessment and evaluation of family and child needs.

It is an outstanding opportunity for an early childhood education professional to make a significant difference for the children and families throughout the 2,000 centers and sites we operate.

RESPONSIBILITIES:


* Lead a team of professionals that provides supports and resources to drive center engagement with the broader community.


* Establish relationships and develops agreements with national partners to provide services for children and families being served in our centers.


* Ensure the design and development of the structure for centers to access annual health screenings for children to include but not limited to medical, hearing, dental and vision


* Support community leads in running local partnerships


* Develop tools and resources to help center staff meet the needs of enrolled families


* Identify important metrics for the brand, develops and streamlines a system to continuously learn and improve processes to ensure scalability of program offerings.


* Conduct center visits and travel up to 30%

Qualifications



* A master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, education, or criminal justice is preferred, or a bachelor's in human behavioral sciences with relevant coursework is required.


* Experience working with children and families, developing programs to achieve objectives.


* Preferred experience addressing behavior, physical, and mental health in elementary school children.


* Proven compassion, perseverance, active listening, and responsiveness to concerns.


* Ability to assess and drive positive outcomes for family and child needs.
