Your Impact

The Senior Manager of HR Operations is responsible for leading the operational aspects of the HR department, ensuring smooth execution of HR processes, systems, and policies.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Total Rewards – HR Operations, you will focus on optimizing employee lifecycle processes, compliance, policy, and employee experience while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
