WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

eCommerce Specialist
The eCommerce Specialist will oversee the performance and efficacy of the eCommerce catalog.

They will be responsible for creating and managing product listings in our catalog, monitoring key metrics such as inventory performance, handling time, shipping time, and analyzing product sales reports.

This Specialist will work directly on eCommerce platforms including the company's systems connected via APIs.

This role is crucial in maintaining and optimizing our eCommerce business, ensuring our product listings are effective and our performance metrics are continuously improving.

This is a full-time, remote position.

WHAT YOU’LL DO


* Create and manage a large eCommerce catalog using best-in-class industry standards for hundreds of products.


* Proactively monitor, research, communicate and escalate key sales metrics to ensure delivery of a positive customer experience.


* Manage support tickets and communication on product listing tasks.


* Ensure compliance with Vetsource’s policies and guidelines, monitor metrics and take corrective actions as needed as it relates to customer service, pricing, and compliance.


* Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends and growth opportunities.

Generate detailed product analytic reports and provide actionable insights to the internal team to optimize our product listings.
