Senior Analyst- HR systems

About the group (SD): All IT needs for SE are managed by a group called Schneider Digital (SD); spread across 303 locations in 60 countries with over 2300 staff; along with various engagements with all major Global IT Service Providers.

About the role: This role will be responsible for receiving requirements, proposing solutions, and liaising with vendor teams to update configurations and manage job boards on the ATS platform of SE which is hosted on iCIMS.

Primary responsibilities will include management of the various iCIMS modules like Job postings, Requisition templates, Offer notifications, iForms, Posting locations, Portals and administration of eQuest for managing job boards, permissions, posting alerts and integrations.

Qualifications & Certifications

1.

Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

2.

Experience within different modules of iCIMS

Required Skills (Must have) along with necessary industry experience

General

1.

3+ years of working in Agile/scrum teams.

2.

2+ years of hands-on configuration in ATS system.

Good leadership skills coupled with exceptional judgment and tact.

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Good relationship building, facilitation & influencing skills, and experience of leveraging these on business leadership contexts.

Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change.

Experience of working through Agile methodology.

Excellent Communication skills and presentation skills.

Good Exposure towards working in highly matrixed setup of Global MNCs.

Willingness to learn new products and processes.
Functional Competencies

Proven experience in understanding & capturing business requirements, streamlining complex business / IT processes, and help manage / deploy iCIMS capabilities / features in an agile manner.

Understanding of the iCIMS best practices for configuration.

Ability to translate requirements into an enterprise solution, break it down in User Stories with a clear deployment roadmap.

Strong analytical skills capable of assessing complex business requirements from real world scenarios and the ability to translate them into actionable target requirements.

Ability to identify, prioritize, & weigh different development options, while balancing business, cost, and technology priorities.
