Research and Development/ Quality Assurance Summer Internship 2025 (Oakland

Overview of Responsibilities:

The R&D Intern will assist the research and development in day to day activities.

As an Intern you can expect to gain valuable experience and insight into the workings of food manufacturing environment.

At conclusion of Internship you are expected to prepare a final presentation on the results of your assigned project(s) and will present your findings to members of the Corporate management team.

Internship Outcomes/Expectations:

Intern can expect training and experiences that will provide the following:


* Gain real world understanding of food product safety


* Develop cost improvement skills

Qualifications:


* Ability to consume and ingest protein products created and reviewed.


* Applicants pursuing a BS in Food Science preferred


* No allergies


* Can stand at the bench for some time, no issues lifting and carrying ingredients.
