This position is based in New Brunswick, New Jersey, and will report to Senior Global Tax Reporting Manager.

Primary Responsibilities Include:
* Assist with communications, guidance, and training activities with the US & OUS Country Tax Centers ("CTCs") on various reporting Forecast and Actuals submission Cycles
* Lead global reserve accounting process with CTCs, Tax Planning, Tax Technology and Audit Teams
* Collaborate closely with a variety of groups including the Country Tax Centers, Sector Tax Planning and the Corporate Controllers Group
* Support various tax reporting process improvement initiatives (UTP, Simplification updates, etc.)
* Prepare various data analytics and metrics for interim and annual tax provisions in OneSource tax provision.
* Support quarterly and YE close activities with Global Tax Reporting Team
* Support quarterly SOX procedures and controls
* Perform other work-related duties as assigned and ad hoc
Additional Responsibilities:
* Lead and participate in department projects initiated by J&J Global Tax Organization
* Establish an engaged culture that is focused on compliance and continuous improvement
* A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Finance or Accounting
* A minimum 3 years of tax experience is required, including tax compliance and reporting
* CPA/CMA preferred
* Strong communication and business partnering skills required
* Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required
