The Commercial Capabilities Group will define the Sales Force capability model and perform a competency remodeling to enable the Sales force to become partner of choice for customers, and plan and execute a strategy to improve the competency level.

Build specific strategies necessary to improve capabilities

Capability model: Building a futuristic capability model ahead of the VUCA

Enablement: Implement ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Execution, Evaluation)



* Understand CE ' s goals and strategies, and work with related departments to generate results.


* Take responsibility for improving the "quality of sales" of the sales force.


* Formulate strategies to improve the capabilities of MRs, DMs, and other sales forces, and establish effective and efficient capability development programs and environments.


* Remodel the behavioral models of MR, DM, and other sales force in consideration of mid-term environmental changes.


* Communicate and align with necessary stakeholders.
