Position: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) - PM Shift

Responsibilities:


* Provide high-quality nursing care to residents


* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed


* Monitor and record vital signs and health progress


* Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans


* Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations


* Provide emotional support and education to residents and their families

Qualifications:


* Valid LVN license in the state of California


* Previous experience in a long-term care or acute care setting preferred


* Strong communication and interpersonal skills


* Ability to work effectively in a team environment


* Compassionate and caring attitude
