Responsibilities:

The Greif Early Career Program offers a 10-week corporate internship experience.

Participants will undertake project-based assignments focused on IT.

As an IT Service Desk Management Intern, you will be immersed in a fast-paced environment, handling essential IT service desk functions and contributing to the team's success.


* Manage and respond to calls related to technical issues, providing prompt and efficient support


* Work through assigned tickets, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues


* Open and manage critical tickets, coordinate with the appropriate points of contact, and engage with vendors for major troubleshooting
