* Lead the day-to-day functions of the Nursing Unit.


* Ensure the highest quality of care for our residents.


* Work closely with the Director of Nursing Services.

Successful Candidates:


* Active RN or LPN license in Colorado.


* CPR certification.


* Ability to pass criminal and Colorado CAPS background checks.


* COVID vaccine required or valid exemption.


* Supervisory experience in skilled nursing is a plus!
