Work Lead

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Work Lead will be responsible for assisting with a team of operations processing professionals to ensure efficient and accurate handling of operational tasks and workflows.

The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a deep understanding of operational processes.

They will play a critical role in driving and maintaining operational excellence and delivering high-quality results.

The Work Lead will also be responsible for providing technical assistance, completing quality audits, and helping with work assignments, in addition to developing coaching and management skills.

This individual should have analytical and problem-solving skills, be able to multi-task, work independently, collaborate well in a team environment, take responsibility for decisions, and have good organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will utilize their advance knowledge of the rating and inventory systems to perform complex tasks.

This individual will need to facilitate effective business relationships by delivering timely, accurate and comprehensive responses to customers.

They will need to provide technical assistance, help with audits, and assign work through the work inventory tools.

In addition, the candidate will research issues, run reports, and stay late on close nights to ensure zero carry over.

Other responsibilities include:


* Collaborating with team members to promote a positive and motivating work environment.


* Identify areas of improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.


* Identify process inefficiencies and bottlenecks, recommend and implement solutions to enhance operational effectiveness.


* Oversee and ensure accurate and timely processing of operational tasks.


* Monitor and report on productivity and progress to stakeholders and management.


* Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding operational processes and issues.


* Collaborate closely with other team leads, managers, and departments to ensure seamless coordination and cross-functional alignment.


* Demonstrate technical knowledge and expertise by answering all questions for the business/products; provide support and direction for Processing Service Representative.


* Conduct regular quality assurance checks to maintain a high level of accuracy and compliance on transactions for Processing Service Representative.
