As a Lead Technical Program Manager in Consumer & Community Banking within Connected Commerce Tech, you will drive the successful delivery of complex technology projects and programs that will help reaching business goals across the firm.

Job responsibilities


* Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of technology solutions


* Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing contingency plans to maintain project and program momentum


* Establish Tech roadmap, Drive roadmap planning to understand the effort, resource requirements and target timeline across all APGs in Payments for Tech mandate & initiatives.


* Drive and track dependencies with downstream and partner teams.

Provide visibility on the dependencies with downstream to leadership for commitments/partnership.


* Enable prioritization in Product's BOW, track progress, update status and bring visibility into risks in regular cadences(meetings/dashboards/email updates etc) to mitigate risks and make steady progress.


* Measure the performance/value and enable for data driven decisions for improvements.


* Provide a wholistic view of all tech priorities and its progress at Payments level, collaborate with enterprise program management team for exec updates.


* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business stakeholders, to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with overall business goals


* Utilize advanced analytical reasoning to assess program performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven optimizations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness


* Champion the adoption of agile methodologies and technical solutions, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team
