Product Operations Associate

The Product Operations team is looking for motivated, forward-thinking, well-organized individuals who thrive on collaboration and partnership with interest and experience in building and maintaining operational processes.

Our team sits within the Finance & Business Management organization, a key unit within JPMorgan Chase's Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) group, and partners closely with the various line of business stakeholders and Product, Experience, and Technology teams.

As an Associate in Product Operations, you will have three key focus areas: collaborating within the organization to execute program initiatives, establish systemic measures to track organizational progress, and communicate progress to leadership regularly.

You will be successful in this role by being flexible and adaptive in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment with a high level of organization and attention to detail.

This unique role will allow you to join an entrepreneurial team supported by the assets of JPMorgan Chase to build and manage the operations function supporting Product, Experience, and Technology across CCB.

Job responsibilities


* Help establish and manage Program Management Office for the Product Operations organization.


* Oversee and deliver central reporting of key priorities to leadership.


* Monitor and communicate success metrics to measure program execution effectiveness and impact.


* Evaluate and evolve existing processes as needed to promote operational efficiency.

Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities


* Project Management, Business Management/Operations or Scrum Master experience involving complex business, operations, and technology delivery.


* Must have excellent and efficient skills using Microsoft tools such as MS PowerPoint and Excel, and Jira.


* Strong presence and a thought leader able to influence and advocate for their views/ideas.


* Communicate effectively and confidently (both verbal and written).


* Demonstrate strong ability to analyze problems and produce alternative solutions.


* Effective influencing and relationship management skills to work in cross-functional teams.


* Openness to an environment of active developmental feedback from peers and managers; eagerness to work in a fast-paced, results-driven, highly dynamic environment.

Preferred qualifications, skills, and capabilities


* Data interpretation and application experience.


* Experience with Confluence and Teams


* Prior experience in financial services industry including line of business, business process and procedures knowledge.

For this role, candidates must be able to physically work in either our Plano, TX, Wilmington, DE, or Columbus, OH, offices 3 days a week and remotely from home 2 days per week.

The specific schedule will be determined and communicated by direct management.
