* Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or Psychology from an accredited institution OR Associate's Degree and 4 years recruiting experience.


* A minimum of 2 years salaried recruiting experience in manufacturing or engineering


* Must be able to provide documentation in the original form establishing both your identity and your employment eligibility in the U.S.


* This position entails access to export-controlled items you must be able to lawfully obtain access to such items.
