Sr. Ad Insights Analyst

RESPONSIBILITY:



* Data Analysis: Utilize internal and external analytical tools and platforms to process large datasets and generate comprehensive reports on campaign performance for weekly, monthly, and quarterly business and client reports.


* SQL Expertise: Leverage your SQL skills to extract and analyze data from various sources, providing deeper insights and enhancing reporting capabilities.


* Colloboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to interpret data and provide actionable insights that drive campaign improvements and enhance overall performance.


* Reporting: Develop and maintain standardized reporting templates and dashboards for internal stakeholders to ensure consistent and insightful data presentation.


* Innovation: Propose and implement new reporting methodologies and metrics to improve decision-making and performance evaluation.


* Quality Assurance: Perform QA checks on generated reports to ensure accuracy and consistency of data


* Mentoring: Train and mentor team members on reporting tools and techniques, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making.

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES HAVE:



* Proven experience in data analysis, preferably within an advertising or digital marketing context.


* Expertise in Excel and other analytical tools for data interpretation and reporting.


* Strong ability to generate insights from complex datasets and communicate findings effectively.


* Experience in developing and maintaining reporting templates and dashboards.


* Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.


* Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.


* Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Looker and SFMC is a plus.
