Duty Manager

A little taste of your day-to-day: 



* Supervise and support front desk operations, ensuring efficient check-in/check-out processes.


* Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.


* Monitor and manage daily hotel operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services.


* Collaborate with department heads to implement and uphold hotel policies and procedures.


* Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and quality standards.


* Handle emergency situations and resolve conflicts effectively, maintaining guest satisfaction. 

What we need from you: 



* Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a luxury hotel environment.


* Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with a keen eye for detail.


* Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.


* Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to guest service.


* A commitment to upholding the highest standards of luxury and hospitality.


* Must be fluent in spoken and written English.

Knowledge of other languages is advantageous.

 


* Experience and knowledge of Property Management Systems such as Opera. 


* Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.


* Ability to stand for long periods and occasional lifting of heavy items (up to 23kg).
