As the Director, R&D Strategy & Portfolio, you will play a critical role in shaping our future strategy and driving the operational execution and implementation of our portfolio strategy.

You will serve as a key advisor to the Senior Director, R&D Strategy & Portfolio and the Global Head, R&D Strategy & Portfolio.

Responsibilities:


* Develop and implement specific initiatives that support the long-term Pharm R&D strategy.


* Provide portfolio insights based on analytical and qualitative assessments.


* Translate complex insights into simple, actionable recommendations.


* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution.


* Incorporate external insights on the long-term view of healthcare and the pharmaceutical industry.



* Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in scientific field with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a pharmaceutical R&D environment is required.

Advanced degree is preferred.


* Proven experience supporting major initiatives in pharmaceutical R&D organizations in a strategic role is required.


* Proficient in analyzing and synthesizing complex data is required.


* Ability to interpret data to drive insights and inform decision making is required.


* Experience in assessing technology, market environment, and R&D process requirements to drive efficiency and process improvements is preferred.
