Trade Support Analyst

Job Summary:

As a Trading Services Analyst, you will be supporting one of our most dynamic trading desks in the region.

You'll act as the liaison between the business, technology, control partners, and other teams across the globe.

Your role includes the investigation of inquiries, monitoring trade execution flows, trade reconciliations, and the fundamental understanding of our trading platforms and systems.

Your ability to handle our trade lifecycle events is what makes you an essential part of our team.

Job Responsibilities:


* Proactively ensure the timely and accurate capture of all transactions in the Risk Management Systems


* Drives intraday / end-of-day processes including completeness and reconciliation checks to ensure capture of new trading activity and general lifecycle events.


* Monitors all controls are diligently performed, completed, and signed-off on a timely basis.


* Collaborates with global groups such as product control, settlements, drafting, sales and sales support to resolve different type of breaks.


* Participate and contribute to the various team initiatives; such us, corporation actions processes, deals migration and monthly maturities

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:


* Bachelor's degree


* Basic knowledge of equity derivatives (options, swaps, barriers, risk sensitivity -Greeks)


* In-depth knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet technologies


* Highly disciplined, a self-starter, and the ability to execute on assignments independently


* A team player who demonstrates work ethic and consistently demonstrates a high-level of professionalism


* Attention to detail with superior written, verbal, and problem-solving skills


* Excellent organizational and time management skills


* Ability to communicate with all levels within the Line of Business


* Self-Motivated and able to deliver within tight timeframes and with minimal supervision, whilst working effectively as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:


* Trade support and middle office exposure preferred.

Work schedule


* This hybrid role requires going into the office three days a week with two days' flexibility to work from home, subject to change


* This position is not eligible for H1B or Sponsorship
