Process and Data Analytics Manager - Back Office Workforce Planning- Work from Home

Workforce Planning (WFP) team by effectively managing the data resources using an agile approach across various functions.

They will be responsible for process improvement, reporting and analytics in support to enable WFP to meet the ever evolving operational needs.

• Effectively manage and lead a team of analysts, support development and growth of the overall team.
• Implement an agile approach to project management
• Create a team that operates as a truly shared service across the back office planning organization
• Responsible for reporting project status, including delays, to senior leadership in a clear and concise way
• Build an intake process full circle; from initiation to completion to SOP/maintenance where necessary.
• Foster an environment of continuous improvement through understanding our processes and looking for gaps, offer problem solving and solutions where others can't see them.
• Lead and/or develop data and reporting that effectively manages the operations.

This work includes, but is not limited to:
o Establishing and maintaining reporting that allows WFP to hold the business and their vendors accountable for achieving key business objectives.
o Analyzes operational metrics to enhance forecasts and make recommendations.
o Building models/dashboards that drive business unit decision making.
• Evaluates information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
o Categorize and maintain WFP&S reporting structures
o Successfully navigate ambiguous requests and data.
• Participates in strategic business development initiatives to simplify complex concepts into a simple narrative using data
• Collaborates with partners and upper management to establish processes and effectively communicates and influences business partners and systems personnel.
• Build and maintain a collaborative relationship with internal and external customers to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability; work with business partners to identify ways to improve business processes.
• Accountable for operational budget achievement and expense control.
• Drive change and influence individuals at all levels of the organization to take appropriate risks.

Qualifications :

* 2+ years of planning experience preferred

* 5+ years analytical experience preferred

* 2+ years management experience preferred

* HS diploma required; Bachelors' degree preferred

* Agile Project Management experience required

* Problem Solving & Statistical Analysis preferred

* Proficient in MS Access, MS PowerPoint

* Advanced skills using MS Excel

* Alteryx and Tableau knowledge

* Drive for results in a fast paced environment
