Provider Engagement Advisor- Work From Home Opportunity

Job Summary:

The Provider Engagement Advisor will develop and maintain collaborative relationships with physicians, office staff, and other provider types within their respective market.

This role is responsible health plan/provider relationships in-full and be will point the main point of contact for providers.

Core Responsibilities:

* Own assigned provider/plan relationships and be the point of contact, including answering questions, solving issues, or closing gaps (such as operational and education).

* Organizes and conducts Joint Operating Committee (JOC) meetings and engages key stakeholders, internal and external to maximize provider opportunities.

* Based on discoveries, this role will provide follow-up education or practitioner intervention as needed to drive quality improvement.

* Collaborate with stakeholders to establish and refine workflows that accomplish program and system goals of improving care coordination by reducing costs and increasing quality of care.

* Coordinate outreach efforts and maintain effective channels of communication with providers, office staff and matrix partners.

* Designs practice level program targeted educational material for provider and staff education.

Minimum Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree required or 4-6 years relevant experience with managed care, preferably with Provider Engagement or Provider Relations experience.

* Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills required.

* Superior verbal and written communication skills

* Strong analytic and issue resolutions abilities.

* Strong ability to connect individual issues to broader solutions.

* Highly effective collaborator in a fast paced and dynamic team setting.

* Demonstrated agility and ability to effectively implement solutions across stakeholder interests and groups.

* Exceptional ability to create accurate and timely solutions in a matrix environment.

* Ability to drive to results independently.

* Strong organizational abilities with strong attention to detail.

* Strong proficiency with Microsoft office (PPT, Word, Excel).

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 69,400 - 115,600 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
