      <description><![CDATA[Your Job  A Data &amp; Analytics Leader is responsible for establishing and scaling a cohesive  enterprise-grade analytics capability that enables KES business units to make better  faster  and more consistent decisions  With  Data as the foundation  strategy  this role focuses on business analytics strategy  business intelligence architecture  analytics enablement  and AI readiness  ensuring that data is structured  governed  and understandable enough to support both human-driven analytics and AI-assisted insights  You must show a proven ability to manage complex requirements while understanding the appropriate risk profile of a project to determine the correct solution  Daily challenges will arise that require more soft skill expertise than technical expertise - meaning  you cannot rely on technical aptitude alone to be successful  You must realize and show the ability to understand the business direction  objectives  and parties involved to get to the best outcome  A candidate who is a self-starter and looks to be proactive will be a great fit for this opportunity   What You Will Do      Partner with Solution Delivery &amp; Product teams  and Data team peers to recommend and build data products  then lead the technical solutioning process to establish data transformation  semantic layering  and readiness for presentation layer to reach business outcomes       Leverage expertise in multiple technical domains as part of solutioning process  Software Engineering  Application Review S]]></description>
