Au sein de l'entité e-commerce & service client d'Hermès en Europe, vous ferez partie de la Direction e-Retail et serez responsable des opérations e-commerce : transports, systèmes d'information, logistique, paiements, management du risque, services administratifs.
Vous gérerez une équipe de 22 personnes en étant accompagné de 2 superviseuses.
Vous piloterez nos prestataires internes et externes, dans une logique de performance et d'amélioration continue.
Vous êtes organisé(e), rigoureux(se), et identifier et résoudre des problèmes est quelque chose de naturel pour vous.
Dans quel cadre travaillerez-vous ?
L'activité e-commerce Europe assure la distribution en ligne des produits Hermès dans 16 pays européens, ainsi que le service client des magasins européens.
Elle joue un rôle central dans la transformation omnicanale des activités retail européennes.
L'équipe d'Hermès Distribution Europe est aujourd'hui composée d'une centaine de personnes.
Vous ferez partie de la Direction e-Retail, en charge du service client du e-commerce et des magasins Européens d'Hermès, ainsi que des opérations e-Retail.
Au sein de l'équipe e-Retail, vous serez plus spécifiquement responsable de l'équipe en charge du back office.
Au quotidien, voici en quoi consistera votre travail :
Vous piloterez une équipe composée de 22 personnes dont deux Superviseuses, avec 3 objectifs principaux :
* Manager, évaluer et développer l'équipe en responsabilisant chacun pour créer une atmosphère stimulante et positive :
+ Fixer les objectifs de l'équipe et s'assurer de leur compréhension ; Construire et animer la dynamique d'équipe en ce sens.
+ Recruter les Operations Officers et s'assurer de leur bonne intégration.
+ Veiller au développement des compétences des membres de l'équipe, en étant à l'écoute des besoins individuels et collectifs, et en remontant les informations au Training Manager, pour la mise en place de formations adaptées.
+ Evaluer de façon individuelle les collaborateurs, régulièrement et lors des entretiens annuels.
* Garantir l'efficience des opérations e-commerce :
+ S'assurer que l'équipe est organisée de manière à atteindre les objectifs de performance : traitement des vérifications de commandes dans les délais, réponses rapides et efficaces à la totalité des demandes formulées par les équipes du Centre de Relation Client et par les différents partenaires.

Périmètre Data
L'objectif est d'intervenir sur un périmètre Data d'envergure, de monter en compétence sur les aspects techniques, méthodologiques et fonctionnels.
Vous intégrerez une équipe composée d'un responsable de domaine Data et de consultants expérimentés sur les référentiels de données et processus Métier associés ainsi que des experts Métiers sur les différentes problématiques fonctionnelles abordées.
Vos missions principales seront les suivantes :
GESTION DES PROJETS : recueil de besoin, rédaction des spécifications, assistance à la recette
GESTION DU RUN : suivi des performances, correction des anomalies, analyse
