As a Mixologist, your main duties and responsibilities will be ensuring high quality guest experience through the creation of unique and exciting cocktails, interacting with our guests to share your knowledge of various Beers, Wines and Spirits.
You will also be assisting the wider F&B team to provide timely service!
We are looking for someone who has…
* Availability to work across either 5 or 3 shifts per week (weekend and evening availability is essential) - we offer guaranteed hours and a banked-hours system - meaning you will be paid for every hour worked and always be given your minimum hours! Plus we operate a Tronc system allowing you to increase your base earnings each month (paid monthly within your pay-check).
All hours worked are paid for.
* Experience working within a Restaurant, Bar or Hotel as a Bartender or Mixologist
* Knowledge of Wines, Beers, Spirits and Cocktails – excited by being creative and sharing your skills with others
* Passion for providing an excellent guest service, you will be someone who enjoys interacting with guests to ensure they are having a uniquely personal experience!
* A personal license (highly beneficial)
* An un-stuffy, thoughtful approach to service.
