The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance on building and equipment as needed involving preventive maintenance and diagnosing/repairing equipment in a sophisticated milk-products processing plant.
Starting Pay: between $21.00 to $35.00, depending on experience.
Shift: Night shift role working 12 hour shifts on a rotating schedule
Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
* Performing maintenance on building and equipment as needed involving preventive maintenance
* Diagnosing and repairing equipment in a sophisticated milk-products processing plant.
Maintenance Technician Requirements:
* Previous industrial maintenance experience with a strong aptitude in the areas of mechanical, electrical and structural maintenance.
* Knowledge of PLC's and ammonia a plus.
* Must be self-motivated, have ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and be willing to contribute in a team environment.
$5,000 Sign-On Bonus will be paid out in three increments over the course of one year of employment with Milk Specialties Global.

What You Will Do
Lead the site's execution of the Fixed Equipment Inspection and Non - Destructive Testing Program.
Perform Visual Inspections of Storage Tanks, Unfired Pressure Vessels, and Piping per applicable API Inspection Codes Coordinate Contracted Inspections and NDT as well as developing detailed NDT scopes and oversight of NDT data collection.
This includes ensuring that personnel assigned to inspect, test, and maintain fixed equipment are appropriately qualified and have access to appropriate procedures for these activities.
Manage and prioritize site's fixed equipment efforts based on risk, value, compliance, and business needs.
Develop and implement inspection plans, maintenance strategies, and repair procedures to ensure the integrity and reliability of fixed equipment.
This includes development of work packages of fixed equipment for preturnaround and turnaround events.
Manage Inspection NDT work orders in CMMS system.
Manage the Mill's IDMS (Inspection Data Management System) to input current inspection data, deficiencies, and update Inspection Plans.
Develop Repair Recommendations from inspection results and work with Maintenance and Engineering Teams to develop detailed Repair and QA/QC plans.
Utilize best practices and standards that needs to be implemented to standardize the site's processes and execution of fixed equipment program.
Collaborate/partner and work with other site capabilities groups aligning with safety, environmental, and business vision.
Provide technical expertise and support to operations, maintenance and capital project teams in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and equipment optimization.

The Maintenance Manager, assigned to one of Pinkerton largest global clients, will manage all maintenance activities, including but not limited to, system health alarms related to electronic security and entrance control systems installed at the client's offices across the APAC region.
The Manager is responsible for system health performance which includes data review and alarm trends, root cause analysis, and stakeholder collaboration to find acceptable solutions and implementation of best practices.
