This is a fully remote position open only to residents of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Your residency will be verified.
This is a bilingual (English/Spanish) call center representative role.
You'll assist residents of Virginia through the Medicaid, SNAP, and/or TANF application process and determine their eligibility for these services.
Selected individuals will receive fully-paid training will begin on May 20th, 2024.
Computer equipment will be shipped to you on, or before May 20th.
There will be a paid computer setup day on Friday, May 17th lasting approximately 1 hour.
No time during training may be missed.

- Provide callers with informed and objective responses to complex concerns in regards to eligibility guidelines and policies, access to care issues, and escalated concerns.
- Respond effectively to all forms of inbound and outbound contacts.

- High school diploma or GED required and 1+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

This is a fully remote position open only to residents of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Your residency will be verified.
This is a bilingual (English/Spanish) call center representative role.
You'll assist residents of Virginia through the Medicaid, SNAP, and/or TANF application process and determine their eligibility for these services.
Selected individuals will receive fully-paid training will begin on May 20th, 2024.
Computer equipment will be shipped to you on, or before May 20th.
There will be a paid computer setup day on Friday, May 17th lasting approximately 1 hour.
No time during training may be missed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide callers with informed and objective responses to complex concerns in regards to eligibility guidelines and policies, access to care issues, and escalated concerns.
- Respond effectively to all forms of inbound and outbound contacts.
- Process workflow documents, which include, income, identity, and other eligibility verification documents.
- Accept new knowledge to policy and procedures concerning state programs and integrate it with resource materials to answer client concerns.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required and 1+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must be fluent in English and specified secondary language.
To qualify for this role you will be required to pass both an English assessment and a Spanish assessment, which will be sent to you following your application.
