Nemours is seeking an Assistant Treasury Analyst (remote) to join our Nemours Children's Health team in Jacksonville, FL.
The Assistant Treasury Analyst position exists to ensure that daily cash collection at the various sites reconciles to the cash deposited into the bank and that any discrepancies are resolved and appropriately recorded in the accounting records.
Essential Functions
• Prepare daily cash reconciliation and monthly reconciliation for all locations, includes working with front end associates and banking representatives to resolve reporting discrepancies and preparing any necessary journal entries with appropriate supporting detail.
• Various Journal Entries
• Credit card administration for all locations, includes account set up, creating purchase orders and ordering credit card machines as well as maintaining inventory of devices and merchant ID's
• Weekly uploads into Harmony (Oracle) for wire and ACH transactions as well as project codes
• Additional miscellaneous duties and responsibilities, as may be assigned from time to time by employee's supervisor
