We are looking for highly skilled technicians who can troubleshoot and perform corrective/preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and increase reliability.
Pay: $25.96
Shift: This is a rotating 12-hour rotating shift position that includes weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
Shift Hours: 6AM - 6PM AND 6PM - 6AM (rotating)

What You Will Do
• Adhering to all plant safety and environmental guidelines, policies, and procedures
• Helping to meet or exceed production, waste and quality goals through a quality maintenance program
• Installing and repairing mechanical drives, chains, sprockets, gears, belts, and couplings
• Perform all maintenance checks and preventive maintenance in a safe and timely manner
• Upload/download and research online the necessary software, maintenance and operation manual for equipment pertaining to the business to aid in performing tasks
• Perform tasks such as lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing and/or pulling for 8 to 12 hours/day in a loud/noisy, hot, humid, dusty, greasy, and high-volume environment
• Supporting our safe working environment by maintaining strict adherence to safety rules and regulations and wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Willing to work any shift, holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed
• Completing mechanical and electrical preventive maintenance activities
• Troubleshooting and repairing automated systems with remote technical support

As a Process Engineer, you are responsible for managing the technical aspects of the Molding Process (ex.
tooling trials, coordinating tool changes, mentoring technicians) to produce quality molded parts.

What You Will Do
* Perform root cause analysis and provide reports on production and equipment related issues
* Perform inspections of equipment and monitor for changes
* Train, mentor and coach all technicians on technical skills
* Complete yield improvement projects
* Participate in mold flow reviews and provide detailed solutions to potential processing concerns
* Participate in tooling trials on new molds
* Collaborate with corporate tooling engineers in tool design review meetings
* Create processes for incoming molds

Located on the Kerr-McClellan Navigational Channel (Arkansas River) on about 640 acres of land, the Muskogee consumer products operation spans across approximately 70 acres (or 2,900,000 square feet) of manufacturing and warehouse space are "under roof" employing approximately 830 employees.
We are the second largest employer in the Muskogee, OK area and 45th in the state! Our non-union facility operates on 12-hour shifts, 7 days per week, 365 days per year; housing 2 of the 13 largest tissue machines in the world and paper machines that produce an average of 900 tons of paper per day.

What You Will Do
* Ensure proper operation and maintenance of all electrical/control system components to include motors, solenoids, valves, limit switches, Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), I/O modules, photo-eye sensors and power distribution systems.
Inspecting, cleaning, calibrating and maintaining high voltage distribution equipment
* Understand and troubleshoot, AC/DC Drives and Servo controllers.
