Maximus currently has a Community Resource Supervisor Opportunity with the Maximus Montana Employment and Training Project.
This Project will provide intake, assessment and development of an Employability/Service Plan (ESP) plus case management of participants along with job development, placement, & retention services.
Our goal is to equip participants to be successful in the world of work by building their skills capacity, prioritizing employment, and supporting retention.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Resolve project issues in coordination with project staff, client office staff and other community agencies.
- Conduct public speaking and education of community agencies and local office staff; participate in community health fairs; and perform group presentations and activities related to promoting the project.

This Project will provide intake, assessment and development of an Employability/Service Plan (ESP) plus case management of participants along with job development, placement, & retention services.
Our goal is to equip participants to be successful in the world of work by building their skills capacity, prioritizing employment, and supporting retention.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Serve as point of contact for all training providers.
- Develop and manage relationships with all training providers.
- Maintain training provider agreements.
- Maintain database and accurate schedule of training providers.
- Recruit additional training providers as needed.
