• Daily set up of delivery appointments with the warehouse and trucking company.
Prioritizing urgent shipments.
• Follow up with warehouse personnel on delivered freight but not yet received into inventory.
• Identify, report and resolve issues related to shipping discrepancies, scheduling, damages, or delays in a proactive and efficient manner.
• Work closely with customs and compliance teams to ensure adherence to import regulations.
• Coordinate the movement of merchandise and hardware from our warehouses to new Perry Ellis stores.
