* Missions :
Vous supervisez une équipe de Conseillers clientèles, en contribuant à l’atteinte des objectifs généraux du service.
Vos principales missions sont :
+ Remonte les informations auprès des services internes au CS et hors CS (rapport anomalies Ops), agences du réseau DHL
+ Contrôle des dépenses : démontrer un souci particulier pour les contraintes budgétaires, développer des méthodes pour la réduction des coûts.
