Our Team
As a Process /Production Engineer, you will provide process engineering and technical support to plant operations, capital projects and other teams for our production facilities at the site.
You will partner closely with operations and the business defining risk position, identifying unit production opportunities, implementing plant improvement projects with a project team, and driving innovative data analysis and solutions.
You will also be a lead participant in Process Hazard Analysis studies and other process safety-related activities (MOC/SDR/PSI development/execution).

* Prepare various process engineering deliverables such as PFD, P&ID's, equipment datasheets, heat material balances, process line sizing calculations, hydraulic calculations, instrument datasheets including control valves and relief valves and other process design related tasks

• Verantwortlicher EH&S-Manager (m/w/d) für unsere zwei Standorte (Hilden & Landau), Baustellen und Ansprechpartner im EH&S-Konzernteam.
• Aufbau von Fähigkeiten und Kompetenzen innerhalb der operativen Teams, um EHS-Risiken zu identifizieren und zu minimieren.
• Weiterentwicklung von EH&S-Systemen, um die Compliance-Verpflichtungen des Werks/Konzerns zu erfüllen und um die Einhaltung der EH&S-Richtlinien und Verfahren zu gewährleisten.
• Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsleitung, Betriebsleitung, Führungskräften und dem Betriebsarzt bei der Untersuchung von Vorfällen, um sicherzustellen, dass eine Ursachenanalyse erfolgt, angemessene Maßnahmen ergriffen werden und eine Werks-/Konzerninterne Berichtserstattung (Wissensaustausch) erfolgt.
• Nachverfolgung von Vorsorgeuntersuchungen, von Mitarbeiter Schulungen und von Sicherheitsstatistiken, sowie die Erstellung von Berichten an das Management bei Bedarf.
• Aktive Förderung der Leitprinzipien und der prinzipienbasierten Managementkultur® (PBM) in der gesamten Organisation mit Schwerpunkt auf Compliance, Gefahrenbewusstsein, Vorfallprävention, Risikomanagement, offener Kommunikation und Wissensaustausch.
• Bieten Sie eine sichtbare Präsenz und bauen Sie effektive Arbeitsbeziehungen mit den operativen Teams auf.
• Unterstützung bei der Aufrechterhaltung unserer Managementsysteme SCC und ISO 14001.
Die Erfahrungen, die Sie mitbringen:
• Abgeschlossenes Studium oder technische Ausbildung
• Zusatzausbildung zur Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit
• Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Umwelt, Gesundheit und Sicherheit bei Metallverarbeitenden Unternehmen und bestenfalls Baustellenerfahrung in der chemischen Industrie.
• Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse der (deutschen) Umwelt-, Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsvorschriften und -normen.
• Erfahrung in der Implementierung und Entwicklung von Arbeits- und Gesundheitsschutzprogrammen sowie im Umweltmanagement und betrieblichen Umweltschutz.
• Sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
• Hohes Maß an Engagement und Eigeninitiative.
• Ausgezeichnete zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten mit einem ausgeprägten Sinn für Service und Unterstützung.

This role can be based in Tulsa, OK or Wichita, KS.
The CFD group is part of the Global Product and Technology Group with responsibility for technology development, product development, and process engineering for our engineered combustion and emissions solutions businesses.
This role is pivotal in driving technology and product development as well as in supporting our various technology sectors including Flares, Burners, Thermal Oxidizers, and Vapor Control.
What You Will Do
• You will lead and execute CFD projects from the proposal stage through analysis, reporting, and presentation.
• Foster long-term business growth by contributing to technology, product development, and customer relationships with the ultimate goal of creating mutual cycles of benefit
• Utilize CFD simulation capabilities to enhance product design, grow understanding of our technologies, mitigate process/warranty risks, and support business development by showcasing technical leadership and crafting innovative solutions for clients.

Requirements (Basic Qualifications):
• Experience with ANSYS FLUENT, STAR-CCM+, OpenFOAM or other commercial CFD software
