Position: SOC Analyst II
Location: Albuquerque, NM
Salary Range: $24-$29 per hour
Clearance: Ability to obtain a DOE Q or L Clearance.
US Citizenship is required for clearance (i.e., no dual citizenships).
KeyLogic is seeking a Swing Shift 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm SOC Analyst to support the IT program at a major national laboratory.
Currently, this position is onsite in Albuquerque.
The selected candidate must be able to reliably commute or be open to relocating to the Albuquerque area.
If offered the position, a government background investigation would be required for a security clearance.
Since this position falls under the Department of Energy, the clearance does require exclusive US Citizenship (i.e., no dual citizenship).
The mission of the organization is to develop and maintain a big picture, end-to-end view of operational IT services.
IT Service Management tools are blended with best-practice ITIL processes to lead improvements in IT Service Management.
The portfolio includes automated discovery, performance and availability monitoring, enterprise and mission testing, a central tool suite with a service asset repository that supports all ITSM processes, including mature service catalog, request fulfillment, incident management, knowledge management, problem management, change management, service asset and configuration management, enterprise logging, and event management practices.
The SOC Analyst Monitoring team is staffed to provide performance and availability monitoring and notification on a 24x7x365 basis.
System Analyst position provides for the monitoring and notification for servers, network, databases and applications.
Responsibilities
* Provide event, warning, alert, and alarm processing and management.
* Detect events collected by the Enterprise Management System across the client site computing environments including all corporate networks and corporate telephone.
* Monitor batch processing job flows on two corporate networks and monitor that requested batch completion times are met, escalate when required.
Provide prompt and accurate response to error notifications (Alerts)
* Administer and support on-premises APC (Access Point Controllers) – Cyber’s Azure Stack private cloud platform that department M&O’s which includes patching, configuration, service and incident fulfillment, and capacity management.
Maintains the integrity of servers and systems to meet established requirements for service levels, disaster recovery, and business.
* Provide IT project and service management support & space coordinator space/facilities management.
* Perform hourly walk throughs of the Data Center.

* Real Estate – will lead specific office lease related projects.
* Responsible to lead Accounts Receivable on Merchant Services activity and Accounts Payable on Commercial Card activity.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline is required.
* Certified Treasury Professional, Certified Public Accountant, or similar advanced financial certification is desirable.

Your Role: Clinical Research Associate - Animal Health
As the Clinical Research Associate, you will be an integral part of our Fort Dodge, IA team, responsible for orchestrating the logistics of ongoing animal clinical trials.
You'll lead the seamless execution of study events, from animal socialization to sample collection, driving impactful advancements in animal health.

Your Responsibilities:
* Lead multiple assignments related to R&D animal product development, including the execution of in-life study events.
* Perform administration of test articles, clinical sample collection, health observations, animal socialization, and data recording.
* Efficiently document all animal study-related activities in accordance with protocols, SOPs, and regulations.
* Review complex experimental protocols and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance study execution, considering clinical techniques, animal welfare, and regulatory compliance (AAALAC, etc.).
