Our Building Services Team and Projects
You will join our rapidly growing team of engineers and designers. Our senior technical and project management leaders have earned an outstanding reputation with architectural, institutional, industrial, state, and local government clients. We provide structural design and construction phase services for new construction or renovations to municipal buildings, commercial buildings, educational facilities, and water and wastewater treatment facilities.
What will you be doing?
You will support our project teams on the development of structural design plans using Revit and AutoCAD platforms. As a Structural Drafter/Designer, you will be responsible for handling multiple drafting assignments concurrently, the initial set-up and organization or plan/drawing sets, creating drawings and models based upon written and verbal guidance from other designers and engineers, and working closely with design staff to ensure drawings are accurate and complete. You will thoroughly review all modeling and drafting assignments for accuracy, completeness, quality, and conformance with the company’s drafting standards.
What do you need?
You will need two to four years of experience supporting project managers and engineers as part of a Civil Engineering team with specific experience in developing architectural and structural drawings and details.
You should have a proficiency working in Revit and AutoCAD with a working knowledge of Revit/CAD standards and best practices.
You should have a diploma or certificate in technical drafting or the equivalent of practical training.
You should be detail oriented, an effective communicator, and have a strong understanding of the requirements for development of plan sets.

Job Summary:
The Feeder/Folder continuously grasps, sorts and grades clean textiles and then either folds by hand or feeds into an ironer or folding machine for final finishing.

- Fold, assemble and package by hand different types and sizes of textiles.
- Feed different types and sizes of textiles into ironers or folding machines.
- Place finished product onto conveyors or into carts, dump slings of product onto work tables.
- Move loaded or empty carts/bins within the production area.
- Process textiles according to type and written packing instructions.
- Continuously meet efficiency and safety standards for the position.
- Follow instructions as directed by supervision.

- Assists the Assistant Production Manager in monitoring changes in work methods and/or equipment usage to improve labor utilization, production efficiency and department expenses.
- Assists in conducting new hires and ongoing training in all production departments in conjunction with Team Leads.
- Assists in the execution of company production policies, procedures, and standards.
- Assists in monitoring and ensuring that standards for production, quality, housekeeping, and safety are met.
- Maintains proficiency, and is responsible for training in all of the responsibilities of a Production employee.
- Responsible for evaluating tasks and responsibilities of Production employees and recommending recognition and disciplinary actions.
- Responsible for coordinating and conducting monthly safety training in conjunction with Area Team Leads.
