This is a remote position.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice.
- Prepare account reconciliations and various analyses supporting month end/quarter end financials, and help to ensure the integrity of accounting/financial data.
Minimum Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent with 2-4 years of experience with government health insurance programs.
- Basic Medicare Knowledge
- Strong ability to communicate complex information."

- Responsible for researching and resolving member escalations.
- Ability to follow all department and client policies, procedures, and regulations.

This is an onsite position that can be worked from our Fort Wayne, IN or Crown Point, IN offices.
The Quality Improvement Sr.
Coordinator is responsible for completing contractual quality reviews and developing Eligibility Specialists by providing needed feedback and resources through mentoring to assist in improving the quality of work completed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Evaluate agent performance/behavior/adherence to project business rules/policies and provide feedback to designated Quality Assurance Specialist/Quality Assurance Supervisor as a continuous method for process improvement.
- Make recommendations on developing new procedures, and update existing procedures when changes occur.
- Collaborate with the Training Staff for the purpose of achieving and maintaining quality assurance goals.
- Communicate Quality Assurance findings effectively with necessary project staff to support and further quality assurance goals.
- Remain up to date on all policies and procedures.
- Conduct operational staff observation sessions and provide feedback.
- Attend and participate in assigned classroom training courses.
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required and 4+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience supporting the Indiana Eligibility project required.
