The AEM Developer (Full stack) will be part of a team that designs, develops, and delivers new applications for Molex site.
As an AEM Developer, you will be responsible for understanding business system requirements and developing implementations related to the AEM work stream and have ownership to drive any AEM related enhancements, investigating support tickets and driving additional projects.
As part of this role, you will be closely work with product owner, scrum master, technical analysts, and Business Analysts to plan and execute sprints.
You will also have to support a legacy application which is based in Java/J2EE, and which will be migrating to the new AEM site.
The ideal candidate should have relevant and extensive experience in AEM and other tech stacks to support day-to-day activities as well as have experience with User experience for web initiatives.

• Assist in deploying applications to Dev QA, Production environment.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
• Required: BA/BS Math/Computer Science or 6+ years programming experience in web development environment with a strong java, extensive AEM programming, react JS.
• 5 years of software development experience in AEM demonstrating depth of technical understanding within AEM Sites, Assets, and Workflows and AEM technologies: OSGi/Felix, Java Content Repository, Apache Sling, AEM Components, Content Fragments, Experience Fragments, DAM, Workflows.
• Skills with business analysis and user experience as it relates to web experience.

What You Will Do
• Interface with Project Management Organization (PMO), Businesses and Plant Leadership to develop and deliver small projects (up to $5M) to reduce cost, increase capacity, improve safety, and sustain operations
• Provide Project Leadership to 10-20 projects at a time that are in various phases of the project work process and various/multiple locations in the appropriate Region
• Promote team culture that is focused on meeting commitments while maintaining a safety excellence
• Empower project team members to understand and accept their accountabilities by ensuring project delivery expectations are clearly defined to meet the project objectives.
• Provide leadership to remove project obstacles by working with, and through, others.
• Facilitate interface between design-build partners and internal GP partners (mill/business)
• Provide oversight for project status (cost, schedule, risk), GP procedure equipment and services, and project change management
• Ensure coordination with facilities for integrating project startup (Day 1 Readiness)
• Drive a continuous improvement mindset using lean construction principles
• Manage portfolio of project metrics and benchmarks to attain targets/improvement
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
• 3 or more years of experience working within a manufacturing or military environment
• 3 or more years of experience of project and/or construction management of industrial / manufacturing construction projects
• Experience with project and construction management systems and concepts
